Helping Our Community, One Pet at a Time

We’ve always believed that if we’re able to extend a hand to help an animal in need, we’ll do just that. Our 15,000-square foot animal hospital has been designed with you and your pet in mind, and to provide the highest level of services to everyone that walks through our doors.

Our goal is to improve the lives of pets and families throughout our Crown Point community, and build trusting relationships to last a lifetime. We utilize only the most advanced and effective technology, from CT scan to laparoscopy, because every single patient deserves the best treatment we can offer.  Our animal hospital primarily treats cats and dogs, but we’re willing to treat other species if we are able.

Our outdoor play yard includes a swimming pool and K9Grass, a durable, drainable, and cleanable synthetic grass surface that is both safe and comfortable for dogs.

If you’re interested in taking a tour of our building, we welcome you to visit us any time during regular business hours–we’d be happy to show you around!

  • Coyne Veterinary Center is an exceptional place! Not having to make appointments to have my animals be seen is such a convenience and the wellness packages they offer are so reasonable and allow me to get the quality care my animals deserve! They show excitement every time we walk in the door and are very personable! I have found my forever vet for my babies and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

  • I started taking my puppy, Harper, to Coyne Veterinary Center – Crown Point in March 2017. I tried the daycare for a day and then boarded her for 5 nights on the Platinum package. The kennel manager sent me pictures and videos every day that I was gone so it helped me not to miss my puppy so much. Since then, I have been taking Harper once a week to daycare. She loves it and everybody there loves her. She gets so excited when I pull in the parking lot!

  • I took our rescue Shih Tzu in for sedated grooming. In spite of the fact that I got the appointment date wrong and showed up on the wrong day, they worked him in anyway. He’s a sweet boy but a challenge to groom. He looks beautiful! We will definitely be back. The staff was gracious and kind and a pleasure to work with.

  • It was our first boarding experience for our six month old silver lab. The people at Coyne were so amazing!! I loved their facility. It was clean, smelled clean, and the puppies have a lovely backyard with swimming pool!! If you board for a few days, you get pics sent to you of your pup playing!! How amazing!

  • Our Golden Doodle Maggie managed to tear her CCL on a Saturday. Because of their “no appointment necessary” policy we were able to have Maggie seen right away. Dr. Barenie was very warm and welcoming with Maggie as well as straight forward with us concerning what we were facing. Maggie needed surgery and this was scheduled ASAP – within the week of her injury. Surgery went well and the Doctor let us know right after surgery how Maggie did throughout surgery, exactly what was done and what to expect next. We have been very pleased with the handling of every aspect of this unexpected injury. And, Maggie is still wagging her tail when we approach and enter the building!! So glad we decided on this Veterinary facility!

  • I took my 15 week old Rottweiler Vera Lynn in for her shots and first Vet visit today and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is beyond friendly and you could tell that they love their job and are true animal lovers. The staff showered Vera with tons of scratches, hugs and kisses, and she was loving the attention!

  • My dog stayed for the full day doggy daycare today and it was a great experience! I love that they kept me posted and sent me pictures & videos of Bear playing and swimming with his friends. It put me at ease knowing that he was having a great day. I loved his report card at the end of the day that outlines what he did when he was there!

  • We called very last minute to have our sick Doberman seen and they welcomed us in with friendly smiles and stayed late to make sure he was ok before we left. Very affordable care as well!

  • Twice we have had the pleasure of using this facility for unexpected visits for our Huskey. Today they were technically closed for the day but took us in after my dog ingested poison. Both vets I’ve met are warm, friendly, personable and take the time to explain everything. The front and back staff were engaging with my kids while we waited too.
